Was that a Cuban flag or a Puerto Rican flag?

Puerto Rico’s flag with its red stripes in an inverted version of Cuba’s blue striped flag.

The design of the Puerto Rican flag was inspired by the Cuban flag with the colors inverted, due to the close relationship and common goals that nationalists from the two islands shared in decolonization and independence.  Source

Cuba’s flag was designed in 1849 and became official on May 20, 1902.
