It was none other than Timbalona. You will definitely want to follow where they are playing . Timbalona is a percussion collective focusing on folklore and popular music from the Caribbean and Latin America. Timbalona was established in the year 2010 by professional percussionists from South America, Andrés Cisneros (Venezuela) and Christian Noguera (Argentina). Through their investigative research travels across Latin America, they apply what they learn to their evolving percussion curriculum. As musicians and investigators of Caribbean and Latin music, Timbalona continues to spread their mission of unity, community building, and cultural exchanges through their music.  We connected with them through AfroTaino Productions.
